Shailene Woodley is probably best famous for her lead role in "The Fault in Our Stars," which is based on the best-selling novel of the same title by John Green. Shailene Diann was born in San Bernardino County in California on the 15th of November in 1991. Both of her parents, Lori and Lonnie, employed as school principals and counselors in the field of education. Shailene began modeling at the age of four and had started studying acting by the time she was five. Shailene was just 15 when she was diagnosed as suffering from scoliosis. She was forced to wear a brace while she was a freshman at Simi Valley High School. In 1999, Woodley made her screen debut in the TV movie "Replacing Dad".
